Accounting & Financial Reporting Analyst

As an Accounting & Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support a large portfolio of hotels by preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and conducting financial analyses. You will play a key role in the monthly close process, audits, and budgeting, partnering closely with U.S.-based finance and operations teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support monthly close activities and financial reporting
• Conduct financial analysis and variance explanations
• Partner with U.S.-based accounting, FP&A, and operations teams
• Experience with large ERP environments (Oracle preferred)
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong analytical skills
