Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Operations

Appian is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to partner with Sales and Revenue Operations teams. This role will drive financial discipline, provide guidance on commission planning and forecasting, and translate financial data into actionable business strategies. The position is based at the McLean, Virginia headquarters and requires a strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and financial modeling.

• Partner with Sales Operations on commission planning, forecasting, and payment calculations
• Design, model, and manage annual sales quota setting and plan development
• Implement sales commission plans in Xactly Incent
• Incorporate commission forecast information into consolidated financial model
• Develop scalable processes for commission forecasts and performance visibility
• Prepare presentations for senior Finance leadership and executive team
