Broker-Dealer Accounting Senior Analyst

BBVA is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst for its US broker-dealer subsidiary in New York. This role involves managing accounting policies, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing, and preparing financial presentations. You will also support annual audits and analyze financial variances.

• Create and maintain accounting policies for broker-dealers
• Perform system and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing and financial presentations
• Analyze monthly variances in balance sheet and income statement
• Prepare regulatory reports including FINRA FOCUS Reports
• Assist with daily net capital computations and customer protection rule calculations
