Staff Accountant

This role involves analyzing sales and use tax documents, preparing tax return calculations, and ensuring timely remittance of sales taxes. You will maintain tax records, gather and analyze ERP system data, and assist with tax research and reconciliation.

• Calculate monthly sales/use tax returns
• Troubleshoot with the team daily
• Maintain tax records and schedules
• Gather and analyze ERP system sales data
• Assist with state and local tax notice research
• Reconcile tax discrepancies
