Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

You will partner with finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, evaluate performance, and influence key operational and strategic decisions. • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models and perform variance analysis
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
• Enhance financial planning tools and reporting processes
• 5+ years of FP&A experience with advanced Excel skills
