Sr. Tax Analyst

JLL is seeking a Sr. Tax Analyst to manage US tax-related activities, including payroll tax processing, compliance, and government reporting. This role involves resolving complex tax queries, assisting with system updates, and ensuring accurate documentation and SOX compliance. You will play a key part in maintaining tax processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage US payroll tax processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Handle state and local tax registrations and agency correspondence
• Assist with ADP Global View system updates and testing
• Prepare W2cs and amendment returns
• Respond to employee tax inquiries and manage W4 vendor relations
• Own SOX audit documentation and testing requirements
