- Perform reconciliations and resolve variances across internal accounting systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet business needs
- Partner with internal customers to improve service levels and manage expectations
- Research and resolve general ledger discrepancies
- Participate in M&A activities, including system and process integrations
- Analyze and report on business unit metrics and offshore production performance
