Accounting & Reporting Lead

Lead end-to-end accounting and reporting activities for Mars Global Services Finance, supporting specific business units. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, manages period-end processes, and oversees internal controls, applying US GAAP and Mars accounting policies.

• Manage accounting processes and period-end close
• Ensure accounting integrity and accuracy
• Oversee internal controls and compliance
• Support new reporting requirements and system enhancements
• Provide insights and drive process improvements
• Lead accounting and reporting cycles from SAP to One Stream
