About this role

As an Analyst Accounting, you will be responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and managing intercompany (IC) invoices, settlements, and royalties. You will interact with regional customers, prepare manual month-end journals, and ensure adherence to strict timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.

What we are looking for

Prepare monthly balance sheet IC accounts reconciliations
Manage IC invoice billings, settlements, royalties, and SLA workings
Prepare manual month-end journals and end-to-end daily/weekly/monthly tasks
Interact with regional customers via calls and emails
Maintain backups and provide necessary information to customers
2-5 years of accounting experience in Intercompany processes
