Indirect Tax Analyst

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking an Indirect Tax Analyst to manage end-to-end compliance, reconciliations, and administration for various indirect taxes. You will play a key role in tax filings, account reconciliations, exemption management, and audit support, while also collaborating with internal teams and driving process improvements.

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect tax returns
• Reconcile sales and use tax data and prepare GL tax account journal entries
• Manage customer/vendor tax exemption certificates and tax credit memos
• Assist with sales and use tax audits and process tax notices
• Monitor and configure sales and use tax engine interfaces with ERP systems
• Identify and implement technology and workflow optimizations for tax reporting
