Finance Analyst

Join the finance team at S&P Global in Mexico City as an Assistance Finance professional. You will support senior accountants with daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance with Mexican and US GAAP, and assist with tax reporting and audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Oracle Financials, and excellent English and Spanish communication.

• Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with Mexican and US GAAP
• Ensure compliance of invoices and electronic payments with Mexican Tax Laws
• Support customer and internal inquiries on accounting matters
• Prepare tax reports and files for tax refunds
• Audit travel expense reports for compliance with Mexican tax laws
• Utilize mid-level Excel tools, pivot tables, and formulas
