Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of financial activities for a real estate portfolio. This includes financial accounting, reporting, billing, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records and drive process improvements.

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
• Manage rental billing, receivables, and financial administration
• Coordinate VAT filings, tax reporting, and statutory compliance
• Partner with internal teams and external service providers
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in real estate
