Sr. Manager, Project & Cost Accounting

ICON is seeking a Sr. Manager for Project & Cost Accounting to own the financial infrastructure for its scaling manufacturing operations. This role will manage cost accounting for hardware production and project accounting for construction business, partnering with Operations and segment leads to ensure accurate financial reporting. The position involves designing and implementing new accounting processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Own cost accounting for hardware production
• Manage manufacturing inventory, WIP, and COGS
• Partner with Operations on standard costs and variance tracking
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition for construction projects
• Manage project-level P&Ls and WIP schedules
• Lead monthly close for manufacturing and project accounting workstreams
