(Sr.) Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

This role provides financial analysis and strategic guidance to executive leadership, supporting critical business decisions. You will help optimize financial planning and reporting processes, promote a data-driven culture, and contribute to sustainable growth. Responsibilities include challenging business plans, conducting scenario analysis, preparing decision-support materials, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

• Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to executive leadership
• Challenge, validate, and critically assess business plans and financial assumptions
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate risks and key value drivers
• Prepare financial analyses and decision-support material for senior and executive management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Improve month-end closing processes for increased speed, accuracy, and reliability
