Program Cost Control Analyst 2 or 3 - Finance

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst to support financial planning and reporting for their Space Sector in Dulles, VA. This onsite role involves monitoring and controlling costs, analyzing actuals and forecasts, and performing Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks. The analyst will provide financial business analysis and reporting to ensure contracts remain within agreed parameters.

• Monitor and control costs, analyzing actuals and forecast against plan
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including WBS development and budget baseline
• Provide financial business analysis and reporting with clear communication
• Achieve on-time deliverables with emphasis on earned value requirements
• Translate cost inputs into accurate financial forecasts
• Support EAC integration and data quality checks
