Financial Analyst

Medline is seeking a Financial Analyst in Pune to support financial reporting and decision-making. You will analyze financial statements, investigate trends, and provide insights to senior management. This role involves partnering with onshore teams to meet reporting deadlines, support financial planning, and lead financial reviews.

• Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly
• Partner with onshore teams to ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Support new business initiatives and system integrations
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual financial plans, and long-range plans
• Conduct and lead financial business reviews with stakeholders
• Provide financial expertise and support to the FP&A team
