Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis - GPO Rebates

This role supports Navista, a Cardinal Health company, by providing financial planning and analysis for community oncology practices. You will focus on improving GPO rebate tracking, forecasting, and reporting, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate financial insights and support strategic decisions. • Lead GPO rebate tracking, validation, accruals, and reporting
• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Analyze monthly financial performance and identify key variances
• Collaborate with operational leaders to understand cost drivers and revenue cycles
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to leadership
• Assist with Workday Adaptive Planning input and modeling
