Financial Operations Analyst

Support the Financial Operations Manager in managing the end-to-end settlements process for the Oil division. This role involves resolving settlement queries, handling brokerage settlements, performing reporting and analysis, and improving operational controls. You will investigate exceptions, understand trade flows, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Own settlement queries and operational issues from identification to resolution
• Investigate exceptions and discrepancies by reviewing transactions and system data
• Manage and investigate brokerage settlements
• Produce regular operational and management reports with analysis
• Analyze outstanding items, trends, and exceptions to identify challenges and solutions
• Ensure settlement, counterparty, and billing activities align with company policies
