Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will own the financial accounting, statutory reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance for Stryker's UK and Ireland operations. This high-impact role requires an experienced, independent finance professional to lead accounting activities, critically assess financial information, and partner with local and international finance teams to drive deliverables.

• Own financial accounting, statutory reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance for UK and Ireland
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Perform insightful financial analysis and variance investigation
• Ensure internal control compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with local and international finance teams, including the Polish Finance Centre
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge
