Accounts Payable Specialist

Iterative Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts payable lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments, and supporting financial close activities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in NetSuite, and a strong attention to detail.

• Support full accounts payable lifecycle including invoice receipt, coding, and payment processing
• Process vendor payments accurately and on time
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
