Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

PHINIA is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team in Amal, Sweden. This role will support the plant's finance team by turning financial and operational information into actionable insights, focusing on planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will partner closely with manufacturing and other plant functions to improve decision-making and ensure sustainable plant performance.

• Coordinate plant budget and monthly forecasting processes
• Support Engineering Function with financial reporting
• Prepare timely management reporting and clear analysis
• Develop and improve daily manufacturing reporting
• Calculate and monitor inventory provisions
• Partner with Quality and Operations on warranty analysis
