Ontic is seeking a Senior Accounting & Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Creedmoor, NC. In this role, you will partner with various departments to drive financial and operating performance, manage reporting, and contribute to our internal control environment. What we are looking for

Partner with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive financial performance
Create, maintain, and improve standard reporting for Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX
Participate in inventory cycle counting and review variances
Assist with monthly financial close, including analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations
Identify process improvement opportunities within the team and business
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 3+ years of analyst experience
