Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Novanta is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their Corporate FP&A team. This role will own core reporting and planning processes, delivering financial insights to executive leadership and investors. You will partner with business unit finance leaders and drive improvements in reporting efficiency and analytical depth.

• Own end-to-end delivery of financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Standardize management-ready outputs and lead ad-hoc report building
• Coordinate and support Business Unit finance teams through forecasting and reporting processes
• Support preparation of Board of Directors materials and Earnings Release content
• Partner with Data Analyst and BI team to develop new analytics tools and reporting solutions
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements and drive automation opportunities
