Senior Accountant

FIS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their corporate controllership team in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, participating in monthly close processes, and analyzing compensation-related expenses. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least five years of accounting experience.

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Key participant in monthly accounting and close processes
• Analyze payroll and compensation-related expenses
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Tax, and Finance teams
• Calculate and record accruals for employee-related liabilities
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement reporting
