Senior Technical Accounting Analyst

Altera is seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Analyst to support complex accounting, financial reporting, and policy matters for a global semiconductor and technology company. This role partners with various departments to develop well-supported US GAAP conclusions and reliable reporting outcomes. You will assist with external reporting, research accounting matters, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Assist with external reporting process and SEC filings
• Research and document complex accounting matters under US GAAP
• Support contract review for accounting implications
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting policies and processes
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other departments
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 4+ years of experience
