Senior Accountant I, Financial Reporting

Invenergy seeks a Senior Accountant to join their Financial Reporting team. You will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, consolidating schedules, and assisting with accounting for equity method investments. This role involves working with external auditors and improving financial reporting processes.

• Prepare and review quarterly/annual financial statements and footnotes
• Perform analytics to review reporting variances
• Work with external auditors to provide financial statements and audit information
• Coordinate and own preparation of audit and footnote support schedules
• Utilize Excel, OneStream, and Workiva/Wdesk for reporting
• Assist in researching technical accounting issues and developing process improvements
