About this role

GlossGenius is seeking a Senior Accountant to own core accounting operations including monthly close, reconciliations, AP/AR, and audit support. This role involves identifying and eliminating manual processes through AI and automation, reporting to the Controller. The position requires commuting to the NYC headquarters for in-office work 3-4 days per week.

What we are looking for

Own core accounting operations: monthly close, reconciliations, AP/AR, expense management, audit support
Identify and eliminate manual, repeatable accounting tasks using AI and automation
Report to the Controller and work in an in-person environment in NYC
4+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge
Proven experience improving accounting workflows with AI or automation
Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP preferred
