Accounting Associate

Tarkett Sports is seeking an Accounting Associate to support Anchor Management Group in Conshohocken, PA. This role involves daily accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts, and assisting with compliance documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in AR/AP, preferably within the construction industry.

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Create and send customer invoices
• Track receivables and resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with lien waivers and W-9s
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Support month-end closing activities
