About this role
As the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy by developing projections, forecasts, and budgets for Relation's business units. You will refine financial models to enhance predictive accuracy, manage month-end closing tasks to provide financial insights, and support business-level reporting and ad-hoc analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a financial advisor, influencing strategic decisions and contributing to the company's continuous growth.

- Develop and analyze departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to business unit leaders
- Own and enhance capital plan forecasting, including acquisition and earn-out modeling
- Prepare financial materials for executive leadership and Board of Directors presentations
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency
- Lead process improvement initiatives and potentially mentor a team
