Accounting & AP Specialist

TEI, a technical company specializing in complex castings for automotive, aerospace, and space exploration, seeks an Accounting & AP Specialist. This role involves managing accounts payable, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will also support billing, forecasting, and month-end reporting.

• Manage accounts payable and timely processing of invoices
• Conduct three-way matching of invoices, receiving documents, and purchase orders
• Process vendor setup forms and weekly payment runs
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation of vendor statements
• Process expense reports and credit card payments
• Perform general office tasks as needed
