• Manage logistical and administrative components of business and group travel
• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related arrangements
• Support general accounting and reporting functions within the Finance Division
• Troubleshoot travel disruptions and assist employees with compliance questions
• Prepare and reconcile travel-related financial documents
• Maintain accurate travel records
