Financial and Internal Controls Specialist

Aliaxis is seeking a Financial & Internal Controls Specialist for their EMEA Finance team in Wrocław. This role involves strengthening internal controls, challenging financial processes, identifying risks, and improving financial reporting quality across multiple countries. You will partner with finance leaders to drive governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Implement, monitor, and improve Internal Control Framework across EMEA
• Review and test key financial controls for effectiveness
• Perform detailed reviews of financial statements and reconciliations
• Challenge financial results and coordinate corrective actions
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives
