Senior Manager, Hedge Accounting

Ripple is seeking a Senior Manager of Hedge Accounting to lead their Treasury team. This role requires deep expertise in ASC 815 and IFRS 9 for FX and Interest Rate risk management, focusing on technical leadership, team development, and process improvement. You will be the go-to subject matter expert for complex accounting issues, ensuring the quality of all hedge accounting deliverables and driving operational excellence.

• Serve as the primary SME for hedge accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9
• Own the quality and integrity of all hedge accounting deliverables
• Develop and mentor Derivative Accounting team members
• Implement process improvements across the hedge accounting lifecycle
• Lead audit support and engage with external auditors
• Advise clients on structuring FX and Interest Rate hedging relationships
