About this role

Apply cash payments to open Accounts Receivable for advertising and circulation accounts. This role involves assisting with account research, A/R reporting, and other accounting tasks. The position is based on-site in Willoughby, OH.

What we are looking for

Apply cash against open Accounts Receivable
Assist in account research, A/R reporting and aging
Key Mavro and run lockbox to Advertising interfaces
Process manual cash applications and work error reports
Reconcile bank receipts to Accounts Receivable balances
Provide customer service support to sales and customers
