NQ Plan Analyst

Administer and oversee non-qualified retirement plans, ensuring plan integrity, risk mitigation, and operational decision-making. You will manage end-to-end plan administration, interpret workflows, provide technical expertise, and resolve escalated client and participant issues.

• Administer non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments, and distributions
• Interpret workflows and identify efficiency opportunities
• Provide operational knowledge and technical support
• Evaluate and solve business and operational issues
• Drive resolution of escalated client and participant issues
• Own operational strategy and execution for assigned plans
