Lead Analyst, Finance

Stryker is seeking a Lead Analyst, Finance to partner with local management and drive financial performance for the plant. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing internal controls, setting product costs, and preparing monthly accounts, projections, and budgets.

• Partner with local management to drive plant financial performance
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, US-GAAP, policies, and guidelines
• Set annual product costs and drive cost leverage
• Prepare monthly accounts, projections, and annual budget
• Maintain integrity of financial systems
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
