Associate, FInance

As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and posting customer payments in our accounting system. You will work closely with our US team, research cash receipts, and manage various accounts receivable tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Utilize computerized accounting software (Tempus, Workday, Excel, Word)
• Research and apply unallocated cash
• Communicate effectively with US team members
• Adhere to common AR processes and procedures
