Senior Fund Accountant

Carta is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their growing Fund Administration team in Hamilton, New Jersey. This role involves partnering with venture capital firms to streamline financial accounting needs, including capital calls, audit support, and financial reporting. You will leverage Carta's software and services to provide strategic support to clients and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the Venture Capital product suite.

• Provide strategic support to clients including capital calls, audit/tax support, and financial reporting
• Enhance client decision-making with real-time data and portfolio insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop the Venture Capital product suite
• Consult with clients to implement Fund Administration software
• Interpret and understand Limited Partnership Agreements
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client needs
