Manager, Accounting

Agilon Health is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting operations for assigned markets. You will manage month-end close processes, supervise a team of accountants, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls. • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for assigned markets
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of staff and senior accountants
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CPA license required
