About this role

Join the Investor Services group at LaSalle as an Associate, supporting the Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust and 1031 Exchange Program. You will ensure compliance, manage investor transactions, and act as a liaison with distribution partners and transfer agents.

What we are looking for

Provide guidance to transfer agents for REIT and 1031 Programs
Ensure accuracy of investor transaction record keeping
Reconcile daily transactions and money settlement
Liaise with distribution partners for onboarding and service needs
Identify and implement procedural improvements for servicing
Oversee investor mailings, statements, and fee payments
