Accounting/Financial Manager

Manage financial reporting and forecasting for various departments within USC Auxiliary Services, including IT, Marketing, and Operations. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to monitor spending, improve financial processes, and ensure fiscal integrity across a large division.

• Direct financial reporting and forecasting for multiple departments
• Monitor spending and advise senior leadership on funding needs
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage subordinate staff and oversee departmental operations
• Ensure fiscal integrity and compliance with university standards
• Minimum 7 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree required
