Tax Analyst

Colliers is seeking a Tax Analyst to join our Commercial Mortgage Servicing team. In this role, you will manage property tax payments, conduct escrow analyses, and process mortgage insurance premiums for a large portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage deadlines and mitigate risk.

• Process property tax payments and ensure timely, accurate disbursement
• Perform escrow analyses for taxes, insurance, and mortgage insurance premiums
• Conduct due diligence on loan documents for proper setup and servicing
• Communicate with borrowers regarding appeals and shortages
• Manage workload efficiently to meet benchmarks and prioritize tasks
• 1+ years of office experience, commercial mortgage servicing preferred
