Financial Analyst – Surveillance

Key is seeking a Surveillance Analyst I to oversee a multi-billion dollar commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid role involves analyzing property performance, assessing market conditions, and managing inspections to ensure borrower compliance and identify risks.

• Analyze annual property inspections, rent rolls, and operating statements
• Assess cash flows, debt yield coverages, and market conditions
• Research property performance and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Manage the annual property inspection process and oversee vendors
• Maintain a Watchlist of high-risk properties and loans
• Ensure borrower compliance with loan covenants
