Financial Analyst

Join our team as a Financial Analyst to track and reconcile real estate project costs, develop business cases, and create executive-level financial dashboards. You will partner with Finance and Accounting to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring accurate financial tracking and analysis for senior leadership.

• Track, monitor, and reconcile real estate project costs against budgets
• Develop business cases with cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and NPV
• Partner with Finance to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain executive-level real estate dashboards and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong analytical and financial modeling skills
