Manager, Financial Planning and Analytics

Manage financial planning and internal control functions for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This role involves workforce planning, financial analysis and reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with university policies. You will also supervise student employees and provide support during gameday events.

• Reconcile and analyze workforce headcount and full-time employees
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for the Athletics Department
• Manage budgets for cost centers and centralized operations
• Ensure compliance with University's Handbook of Business Procedures
• Supervise and train student employees in the business office
• Provide support during home athletic events
