Client Accountant

This role is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting functions including cash and accrual management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting for multiple clients. You will prepare financial reporting packages, manage fixed assets, and collaborate with clients and property management while adhering to accounting principles and company policies.

• Perform full cycle accounting including analysis of accounts and transactions
• Prepare and assist with cash management, AP, AR, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages
• Review fixed asset ledgers and calculate straight-line rent
• Communicate and collaborate with clients and property management
• Assist with internal and external audits
