Workday Platform Governance (Agile&SaaS)

U.S. Bank is seeking a Workday Platform Governance professional to lead and govern the enterprise Workday platform. This role focuses on establishing and enforcing governance standards, managing the release lifecycle, and ensuring platform health and compliance. The position requires a blend of program leadership, platform governance, and stakeholder alignment to enable consistency and control across multiple teams.

• Govern the Workday platform including tenant strategy and release lifecycle
• Define and enforce enterprise governance standards for security, reporting, and operations
• Monitor platform KPIs for uptime, reliability, and performance
• Manage release governance processes and conduct impact assessments
• Own data governance practices and ensure audit readiness
• Champion Agile delivery practices and SaaS platform best practices
