About this role

Nscale is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own and improve the reliability of their AI GPU cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting reliability standards, mentoring other engineers, and leading incident response to ensure critical production services remain stable and performant at scale.

What we are looking for

Own reliability for critical production services end to end
Grow the team by mentoring other SREs
Set standards for SLO framework, incident process, and on-call practices
Participate in design reviews and architecture decisions
Lead incident response and root cause analysis
Build tooling and automation to reduce toil
