About this role
Join MongoDB's InfraSec team in Dublin as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate automated security guardrails. You will integrate security directly into our platform, CI/CD, and IaC workflows, enabling engineering teams to operate securely at scale without friction. This role involves hardening hosts and containerized workloads, securing multi-cloud infrastructure, and building real-time security monitoring systems.
What we are looking for 6
- Harden hosts and containerized workloads using Linux security mechanisms and eBPF tooling
- Secure multi-cloud infrastructure with RBAC, network policies, and admission controls
- Build automated services for CSPM, workload identity, and vulnerability management
- Write production-quality code and leverage Terraform for security controls
- Build real-time security monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Lead security initiatives from threat modeling to production reliability
