About this role

Focus is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and deployability of complex government platforms. You will build and maintain infrastructure as code, design CI/CD pipelines, and implement observability practices. This role offers the opportunity to modernize critical systems while working in a fully remote, impactful environment.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for frequent, low-risk releases
Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Implement observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerts
Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
Embed security and compliance into infrastructure and delivery
